Many thanks to 2nd sister (Kak Latifah) for the treat last night. Kakak dgn murah hatinya bought for me a new pair of Baju Kurung to be worn during 2nd brother's 'akad nikah this sat. for the 1st time in years, i finally found a pair that i really like (excluding yg-beli-kain-then tempah ones). lawa! (hehe).

anw, anyone intending to buy Fish n Chips at the Banquet besides Darul Arqam, u might want to consider it again. n again. n again. *frantically shakes her head*

......................

Sis Ruqa's flying off to Cairo today. bestnye~ may u n ur whole family have a safe journey ukht. Kirim salam kat Kak Su'aidah ye :)

since primary school, i remember myself jotting in my friends' diaries that one of my (many) hobbies are: traveling. it still is. but to date, the furthest i've been to is.... Kelantan? n did drop by Kelantan-Thai border for a few hours. n i've never even set foot in.... KL. yes. the Capital of Malaysia. but it's ok. insyaAllah dah besar (lebih sikit) nanti can go to Cameron Highlands with my zauj. why Cameron?

Bcos there's the Flower Nurseries. in which there are roses. yes, ROSES. BIG deal for me u know. n they sell them at low prices. just read an online review of a visitor who just bought 30 roses at RM2. n claimed that he saw roses "as big as your face" *pejam mata n try to imagine*

takpe~ kalau panjang umur, ade rezeki, i'll be there, biidznillah. saye boleh sabar~ ;)

came across an online article on Midnight Snacks. Do you know that certain foods actually help us to sleep faster? :D it has alot to do with our serotonin level.

Try these foods out:

  1. Milk (warm or not) contains tryptophan, a precursor to serotonin. Cheese, chicken, soy, yogurt, nuts and seeds also have tryptophan. Eat these (and all foods) at least 45 minutes prior to your planned bedtime.
  2. Complex carbohydrates like beans, nuts, seeds, sweet potatoes, apples, pears, and berries can also help increase serotonin levels. Watch out for simple carbs like rice, pasta, and white bread. The impact these have on blood sugar can disturb the sleep cycle.
  3. Vitamins B6 and B12 are necessary for your body to generate serotonin. B6 can be found in turkey, chicken, spinach, whole grains and seafood and B12 in animal-derived products like eggs and dairy foods.
  4. Magnesium-rich foods like leafy green vegetables, whole grains, and almonds can also facilitate sleep.

blOm try blOm tau ;)

just borrowed a Haematology (the Study of Blood) book. u better READ it up eh Khadijah. need to equip myself with as much knowledge on the subject as possible. plus the Blood Banking report. lots of catching up to do. plus Medical Microbiology notes. and there's LMQA (Laboratory Management and Quality Assurance). takpe. slow n steady wins the race insyaAllah k Khadijah. jgn slow n slack n tido je sudah..... kene USAHA!

anw, encountered some problem with the Applied Science PCs. such that everytime i compose an e-mail, no matter how much spacing i included, it will turn out compressed. very the menyesakkan n messy n tak menyedapkan mata yang memandang. don't think i'm gg to compose e-mails in there anymore. *mogOk ah konon*

hee~ dah. nak solat Maghrib ni. Assalamu'alaikum~

that's simply because u came searching at the wrong blog.

sorry to disappoint you, but this blog is never meant to help people to earn money.

i believe there are other priorities in life rather than making EXTRA money, aren't they? :)

tu kire berangan eh? hmm~ why not term it as "impian murni" (hehe).

calon tu tak penting lagi buat masa ni. i just like the idea of spending time, anywhere, everywhere, with my zauj
nanti. mcm best gitu. somehow it makes me feel secured... n the best part is: he's my ZAUJ. tak payah takut akan berbuat dosa/ma'siat :D

i remember reading somewhere that even looking into the eyes of your zauj (or zaujah for your case) boleh dapat pahala (!)subhanallah...
