12 Jumadal Aakhirah 1434H
Yes, the time is 11:29 PM, and I've work tomorrow.
Still, the attraction of my khad-safiy is stronger :p
But hey, I've managed to continue with my khuttatul bahth for the past 3 hours or so. and so I deserve a reward in syaa Allah ^-^
Speaking of the khuttah, finally, we received the names of our musyrif this afternoon. alhamdulillah.
I've prepared myself mentally and spiritually to receive the names, and to accept whoever it is that has been assigned to me. After all, ultimately it's The Best of All Planners who assigned them to me, right? :D
Alhamdulillah again, I just sent an email to both my musyrif -hafizahumallah- pertaining a few burning questions I have had regarding my khuttah.
saat2 semangat sedang mengocak ini, usah bertangguh wahai Khadijah!
...
To date, I've managed to complete a few books:
-Di Hamparan Shamrock Ku Seru Nama-MU,
-Secangkir Teh Pengubat Letih,
-Beduk Diketuk (almost completing in syaa Allah)
These, I borrowed from the NLB, whilst initially browsing and searching only for Malay books on Malay Language for an assignment few months back. I just could not resist picking up a few good books laid right in front of my eyes (well, actually not really, since I purposely searched for a few specific titles that Hida once recommended at FB. heeee).
During the 2nd trip, I pushed myself to read books of other genres as well, including one on Islam Liberal (written by Persatuan Ulama Malaysia -thus making the book more "trustworthy" i guess), and one on Syeikh Daud al-Fattani (often heard about him -rahimahullah- during the syamail al-Muhammadiyyah classes conducted by Ustaz Zahid last year. am soooo intrigued to discover more about our Malay 'ulama :))
ok done for now. have to make do with these updates. coz i really need to recharge for tomorrow.
fi amanillah! ;)
