Strained the eyes to key-in my students' marks (there are almost 200 of them, mind you).
Stopped halfway to frantically search for a student who only managed to obtain a 49.4% for his al-Qur'an, to get him to at least memorise another single page for me to add some marks to help him pass this MUST-PASS subject.
managed to get his friends to try locate his whereabouts (but to no avail, because it so happened that he didn't have his mobile phone with him).
it's not that he has some problem with his brain or memory or anything. perhaps it's his laidback attitude.
n this afternoon, while on the way home, i've decided on something.
something that might just trigger him to show more enthusiasm and put in more effort in his studies, particularly al-Qur'anul kariim (he's able to recite it very well btw)
I'm determined not to talk to him nor look at him since next week onwards...and perhaps until the 2nd semester kicks in. at least, not until he proves that he's willing to change his attitude and be more responsible towards his studies.
*mogok*
cheyy. let's wait n see, shall we? ;)
...
oh yes! after the failed attempt to reach he-whom-gonna-kene-cekik-by-me-kalau-bukan-kerana-dia-lelaki-bukan-mahram, I then accompanied Ustazah Sakinah, kak Masturah and kak Hayati to Toyogo at Toa Payoh, and was soon dazed with the various, very affordable stationeries. ikutkan hati, macam nak beli banyak nah bende untuk bagi budak2 yang scored untuk mawad kte kat madrasah tu. hehe... biar jadi pembakar semangat untuk yang lain, biidznillah! :D
