Historical Facts!
29 Rabi'ul Anwar 1438H

Here are some takeaways from the various ziyaarah (visitings) whilst in Baitulmaqdis a.k.a. Jerusalem from 12-14 Dec ago (sharings done by al-fadhil Ustaz TM Fouzy hafizahullah :)) :

Rasulullah ﷺ solat berqiblatkan Baitulmaqdis selama 16 bulan.

S. Maryam mengandungkn n. Isa semasa 18 thn. 8 thn slps Nabi Isa diangkat ke langit (sewaktu nabi Isa berumur 33 thn), S. Maryam wafat (di gua slps 9 hari baru org jumpa mayatnya, tp tk berbau!)

N. Isa diangkat menjd nabi sewaktu berumur 30 thn, diangkat ke langit semasa 33 thn (the Romans chased him). Judas (one of n. Isa's anak murid yg khianat), rupanya berubah jd muka Nabi Isa n vice versa. 

- 1948: East Jerusalem (old Jerusalem) utk Arab, West Jerusalem for Israel. 1967: ada 6-day war. 

21 Ogos 1969: Masjidil Aqsa (yg seluas 4,000 km2) dibom oleh seorg doktor Yahudi dari Australia. Kira2 1/3 of the masjid hangus (bhg depan). Bila Salahuddin Al-Ayyubi perintah, dia diberikan oleh Nuruddin Zenki 2 minbar (sekarang umur mimbar tu dah hampir 800 thn).

21.8.1970: Raja Titus hancurkan haikal Nabi Sulaiman. So doktor yahudi tu nk balas dendam, jadi dia bakar Masjidil Aqsa. Doktor tu tk ditangkap sebab gila. heh

Almarhum King Hussein of Jordan (thn 2009) hadiahkn mimbar utk Masjidil Aqsa slps Aqsa 40 thn tanpa mimbar! 


84kg of gold (dr Almarhum King Hussein of Jordan) utk buat dome pure gold of Qubbatus as-Sokhra'

N. Ibrahim takkan makan kecuali bersama tetamu. Umurnya 182 thn saat wafat. S. Sarah ngandungkan n.ishaq semasa usianya 80 thn. "Ishaq" beerti "yang ketawa" (or smtg ard that line, bcoz Sayyidah Sarah ketawa saat mendapat khabar beliau hamil pd usia yg sudah lanjut :'))


Salman al-Farisi: peluk agama Islam semasa usia 295 thn.. 

N. Ya'qub's 1st wife: Laaiqah. (Dpt 12 anak)
N. Ya'qub ganti tikar (nikah lg) dgn Laaiqah's sister dan dpt Yusuf & Benjamin.

Semua org Yahudi Bani Israel (nabi ya'qub) keturunan salah seorg dr 12 anak2 N. Ya'qub.

The Trip of The Year
17 Rabi'ul Anwar 1438H


In the Middle East, they count the Hijri days 1 day earlier (for this month), and so today is considered 18 Rabi'ul Anwar instead.

Alhamdulillah, we managed to hold a simple yet memorable Maulids at Masjid Dome of the Rock (near the Batu Syurga, which was also the 1st qiblah of all Muslims, AND the qiblah for all previous Prophets 'alaihimus salaam) on 12 Rabi'ul Anwar (Sg calculation) and another in Masjid Nabi Ibrahim 'alaihis salaam (in which there are also the shrines of his wife Sayyidah Sarah, Nabi Ishaq, his wife Rifqah and Nabi Yusuf 'alaihis salaam). 

Began to feel sick during the long journey to Palestine.. and the body got weaker as the days passed by. Until one fateful morning during breakfast at National Hotel (@Baitulmaqdis, just a walk away from al-Quds), I actually fell unconscious..

Up till this moment, the runny nose and cough continued, but the fever has subsided, alhamdulillah. Tried the pills before and they didn't work. So now I'm using my RC and Peppermint essential oils instead.

Fyi, my tastebuds and sense of smell have paused functioning... (I remember munching on the black olives on the plane... tak rasa apa2~ yg penting, insyaAllah faedahnya masih dpt diserap oleh tubuh :))

Throughout our stay in Madinah & Makkah, alhamdulillah the body was in great health. And how can this weak self ever forget The Gifts of 9 Rabi'ul Anwar, on The Blessed Jumu'ah @ Ka'abah... <3

In Quds, after our First day there and me getting to perform the prayers at al-Aqsa (old and new) & Dome of the Rock, including the places where Rasulullah ﷺ once prayed at as the Imam for all the other Prophets, and the place where Nabi Khidhir 'alaihis salaam used to pray and do his adzkaar....
Then suddenly Allah ﷻ Decided that it's time for me to rest :')

Alhamdulillah 'ala kulli hal...

In the future, if Allah ﷻ Permits, I would want to go to Makkah & Madinah only. Then go to Baitulmaqdis under a Free Palestine (ameen!) in a separate tour.

last remaining hours in Amman..
Last rest at Olive Tree Hotel, Amman... before some ziyarah programmes. Then we shall head to the airport to take our Qatar flight to Doha, then to Sg.

Around 5 days since I was down with this serious flu with deep phlegmy coughs at intervals. Alhamdulillah, the fever has subsided.

Tak sabar je nak balik. huhu.
