updates on Poly life. while it lasts...
was about to check my TP e-mail when this announcement popped up:

"To all graduating students in Semester 2 AY2006/07:
Graduation Ceremony will be held on 21 -23 May 2007. You will be receiving your graduation package closer to the date of the Ceremony... Please be informed that with effect from this year, graduates participating in the Graduation Ceremony will be required to put on graduation attire. Details can be found in the graduation package."

wonder how the graduation attire looks like. please let it be something nice *insert hopeful face here*

that aside, somehow i enjoyed the previous 2 Haematology practicals. despite having to view microscopically the various glass slides of the different blood disorders (like Malaria, different types of Leukaemia and Anaemia, etc.), n then draw them out, after which we had to show to Mr Poh (u gotta hear his remarks. "what is this?? looks like a finger like that" n his all-time favourite: "myelocytes have a kana-shape nucleus" -a'ah. buah kana tu. yg lonjong2. yg bungkus kat dlm plastic 3 for 10 cents dulu tu..). -_-"

but still, i enjoyed the lessons. btw, do u know that there are Red Blood Cells that look like helmets ("helmet cells"), tears ( "tear drop cells), durians ( "acanthocytes") n even those with Bull's eye inside ("target cells)? then there are those biscuit-like cells. comel sgt~ will surely miss "them" when i leave TP. hee~

ouh. n will also miss the times spent with the girls. while Mr Poh was "searching for some slides" this morning, Bren, Junie n me played the old tongue-twisting game:

she sells seashells on the seashore. the shells she sells are seashore shells ;p

to Boo, thanks again for the drawing of the cute cartoons during the super-blur guest lecture yesterday. shall not comment more on the lecturer. coz i really have nothing good to say abt him. hee~ so baik diam. full stop. btw, alhamdulillah, today's lecture was much more comprehensible. phew~

done!
