1 Rajab 1434H
Subhanallah, so many reminders and well wishes welcoming the blessed month of Rajab, mostly thanks to FB and Whatsapp, via which du'as and suggestions on the various deeds one could perform throughout the month are being shared.
Not forgetting the busyra of coming across the Ramadhan Battle Plan 2013. alhamdulillah! hope to print it soon and get ready for the most awaited month mentally, physically and most importantly, spiritually. insyaAllah! ^-^

Just finished talking to dear Mardhiyah Yusof, after what seemed like ages. we managed to catch up on a lot of issues, including those pertaining education, religious classes and self updates. *hugs*

My latest addiction at the moment is the Omar series. Been trying to watch at least an episode or two after work since last Friday. It helped me to refresh on the Islamic History, esp. during the Times of Rasulullah sollallahu 'alaihi wasallam and the Khulafa' ar-rasyidun. Best of all is the language used: Pure, eloquent, beautiful fusha Arabic. I tend to rewind some parts in order to re-listen to some delightful Arabic phrases. hehe...
And I found myself admiring the characters of Sayyidina Abu Bakar radhiyallahu 'anh more after watching depiction of such superb akhlaq and wisdom. (as for Sayyidina Umar radhiyallahu 'anh,wellll... he has always been amongst my hero! heee)
Not forgetting the battles! I can feel my adrenaline pumping so fast during such scenes. how brave the true Muslim warriors were. Subhanallah! even if I were there at that very moment, would I be able to be as strong, confident and steadfast as them???

just submitted an almost finalised khuttah al-bahth to my musyrif. du'a, du'a, du'a that they agree to it and provide constructive feedbacks, enabling me to brush it up as best as this weak self could, before the munaqashah this coming June, biidznillah! May whoever yunaqish my khuttah be pleased with it and agree to it (thus saving me from having to find another commendable topic and start from scratch.... >.< Allahul Musta'an. Bantulah HambaMu yang dhaif ini ya Allah....)
